Enrollment Information

In preparation for registering your child, follow the procedures listed below:

To set up an appointment for registration, please call 610.374.0739, ext. 2123. In the event that you receive a voice mail greeting, please leave a detailed message that includes the following information:
  1. Your name
  2. Child's name and grade
  3. Address
  4. Home phone number
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. A suggested time for your registration appointment

You will need to bring the following items with you to your registration appointment:

  1. Proof of residency (rental or purchase agreement)
  2. Your child's latest report card, test scores, or a transcript
  3. The latest immunization record for your student
  4. Your child's birth certificate
  5. Complete name and address of former school attended
