Our Mission

The Wyomissing Area School District, in partnership with parents and community, is committed to:

  • educate all students to their fullest potential
  • provide all students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills to be successful in the 21st century
  • encourage all students to be productive, responsible citizens and life-long learners.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Wyomissing Area School District is to maintain and enhance the high quality of those educational programs that will prepare students to be:

  • life-long learners
  • able to access and use computers and emerging technologies
  • fluent in a second language
  • involved in the community
  • respected and respectful of others
  • involved in education programs designed to meet their individual needs
  • capable of using varied research resources in a fully equipped school
  • able to function as productive team members
