Thank you for your patience and understanding on Thursday as our buses travelled through the school district on many snow and ice covered streets. We will start school on time on Friday, March 17; however, there remain some places in both Boroughs where streets are still narrow and walkways are still not completely clear. These conditions may again impact transportation schedules on Friday, and it is very likely that bus stop times will vary also.
In the event of a longer than usual wait time at the bus stop, please ensure that your child/ren are dressed appropriately. Students, if you walk to school, please continue to take extra care as some walkways may still be snow covered.
To assist us in keeping to the bus run schedule as closely as possible, please arrive to your bus stop at the regularly scheduled time in the morning as well as the regular end-of-day time in the afternoon, if you are picking up a student/s at the bus stop. We will take our time to ensure the safe arrival of students to school in the morning as well as a safe return in the afternoon. Thank you.
